the furniture and tables were chipped and badly scracthed. they would give us accommodations for 5 even though we booked for 5. then off to a walmart miles away to buy a air mattress. the sliding glass door to the bathroom was broken and had to wait on maintenance to come fix it. the front desk refused to get us a roll away bed, the said it was a fire hazard. upon entering the room it was only able to accommodate 4.
we had 5 in our family and the room was booked for 5 ppl. This does not live up to the hard rock brand.
